From Route 95 South:
Take Exit 3; Turn right at lights at end of exit. Turn left at the next set of lights, and bear right onto Borthwick Avenue. Our offices are in the Jackson Gray Building, which is located on the right, across from Portsmouth Hospital.
From Route 95 North:
Take Exit 5 to the Portsmouth Traffic Circle,(follow the blue hospital symbols). At the second set of lights, turn right onto Borthwick Avenue. Our offices are in the Jackson Gray Building, located on the left, across from Portsmouth Hospital.

By Bus: This location is easily accessible by COAST bus service. Our office is a short walk from the bus stop.
